M/s REFORM is located in Chennai, India was started as a partnership firm in 1987 by Mr.G.Amirthalingam. The company launched its business by machining precision components in batches for several well-known automobile component manufacturers.

In 2018, the company acquired the Brand/Trademark PREWO™ .

In 2018, the company reoriented its activities toward design and manufacture of its own product range consisting mainly of tapping machines, drilling machines, multi-spindle head tapping machine, multi-spindle head drilling machine, special purpose machines with standard module of tapping machine and drilling machine configured to meet custom requirements under the brand name ‘PREWO’.

The product range now includes tapping machine, automatic tapping machine, horizontal tapping machine, multi head tapping machine, tapping cum drilling machine, drilling machine, bench drilling machine, column drilling machine, auto feed drilling machine, multi head drilling machine, multi-spindle heads, special purpose machines and accessories required for these operations like hydraulic feed unit etc.
